Thanks so much Taylor I tried uninstalling both drivers, restarting, and then reinstalling, but the same message comes up: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) I don't see how it could be missing, and I haven't done anything to corrupt it. Ahhh!
