XP Does Not Recognize my CD and DVD - PLEASE HELP
#1- I have a DVD- Rom and a CD-RW and both are not recognized. DVD drives not recognized
I seem to be having some trouble with windows dectecting my new SONY CRX300A CD-RW/DVD drive. The BIOS detects the drive fine. "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)." I'm guessing that the driver is missing and not corrupted.
